Possibly, but already with CSAM precedent taking an image of a child and modifying it or using it in any way to create sexually explicit material is criminalized. Also creating images which are visually indistinguishable from a real child is also already criminalized, the original reason being that a person could skirt the first rule by editing a real picture such that the face is different to avoid it being tracked to the original subject. Note this is US law but I doubt there are any countries that are significantly more permissive on this.I guess they'd classify it as deep fake porn or whatever it's called, so I see that issue
