Do you play games that require both hands to play? Honesty I find it annoying when I see a interesting game with good scenes but to get to those scenes you have to play the game using both keyboard and mouse. And worse is if the scene only lasts a minute before getting back to gameplay.

Why would they program it that way? They know that we can only play with one hand

What games are that? I have played many games in this genre and I don't know any good ones that require two hands. Some Unreal Engine slop does, but like I've said, I don't know any good ones

almost never. I cant stand RPGM or RPGM-like games (for several reasons including hating the artstyle RPGM does the sprites and maps in). Typically, thats most games that need more than one hand. I rarely see it in Ren'py games aside from specific minigames, and I can live with that, but if I can skip them without missing out on anything I'll often do that.

There are some porn games with actually decent gameplay. It's nice to play them then take a "break" once a good scene comes along.

If game requires both hands in parts where nothing sexy happens - yes, why not. If it requires both hands during some sex scene - that is a design flaw.
