discussion Do you cheat to unlock all rewards in games?

If i finished the game and am now bored with it yes but if not then no.

Entirely depends on how tedious it is to unlock, generally I want to unlock all the content myself if possible... But if it's not clear how to access everything and I've spent a while trying already after completing the game, I'm not opposed to using cheats.

If the grind is insane, absolutely. Do not like wasting hours for little pay off. Otherwise I normally play it through and if there are multiple endings I will play through them again using cheats through to make it a bit easier rather than just loading from a save point and starting from there.

Depends on if I get bored. I usually do try to do it ""normally"" but some games expect me to put at least 3 hours to achieve what I want.

I usually try to unlock everything myself even if it would require playing the games multiple times on higher and higher difficulties.

If leveling up is about the destination rather than the journey, why waste your life when you could just use cheats?

some games really have a strong story line and is captivating so i dont use cheat at all cuz im enjoying the whole scenario but there are games with potential like they have great cgs and sex scenes but the plot is just too stretched out that i use cheat to just see the scenes

depends on the game... I prefer h-games without missable content, so I'd much rather cheat than replay an entire game if possible/necessary...

if it's just about grinding, it depends on whether or not the grind is fun, I guess...

if I don't see it on my first playthrough it doesn't exist as I'm most likely to never play the game again unless it gets an update

If a game contain rewards / unlockable content, based on reaching specific situations.

Do you play the games again and again, using a combination of save points, to reach all available unlockable situations?

Or do you cheat?

Just finished DMD ch1, and despite going through every available option, choosing the best situation (using saves to go as far back to take back an action, to get another action available later in the game), I still only had 38/69 unlocked images in the reward section.

Since I wanted to move on to ch2, I didn't bother unlocking everything the "correct way".
Instead I enabled developer mode, and used the console to unlock the missing reward images.

I tend to go through games at the intended difficulty or setting. I try to play through the game at least once before trying out cheats or other options. I find if I start off using cheats, it really makes the game lose its appeal to me and I tend to drop the game pretty soon after that.

when it comes to H-games, sometimes yeah, which i mostly consider a "turn my brain off" type of thing. i mean, not that i'd be able to use my head to the fullest anyway, since my blood is rushing through my other head ykwim.

Haha fr I'm only trying to use one head sometimes, I'm not going to do picture puzzles or grind out 1k enemies to see more content.
