When I try out a game, I make sure to index it in different notepads depending on if I have no interest in the game, a "meh" category, and finally an active update one.

I always make sure that I include the latest version, where I found it, and maybe some notes to help me remember what it was about.

What about everyone else? What do you all do, if anything?
Keep the good ones and delete the bad ones. Not the greatest system since I have re-downloaded games I have deleted

I have a check back later folder. If I llke the game I just drop it in there after I'm done and check back at some point in the future to see if there are updates. Otherwise I just delete it if I'm not interested.

More than once I've downloaded a game that seemed interesting only to realize I've played it before and forgotten about it because it wasn't really interesting.

Mostly memory I'll keep the really good ones until the next update

I don't, really. I tend to remember names and/or images of games I enjoyed or disliked, but I sometimes end up downloading games I didn't care for 2 or 3 times before I finally learn. 😅

"ignore thread" or "follow thread", works both here and f95

edit: bruh, is the admin here so petty they change f-95 to fuck95

I just go everytime through all of them and sometimes download them againt just to remember midgame i had a nice fat to it already.

If it's VNs, I just bookmark threads and add a message. For games it's all in my head. If it's something I liked I'd remember some part of it, if not I probably dropped it and it wasn't worth remembering.

I go for a remember/not remember case, although there are some that take too much time to update that I may need to play a little to remember ^^U

Just a folder which feels like the standard way of doing it considering they're files like anything else.

I have a folder with all the save files:
