Monster Girl Paradox Quest (Good gameplay, really endearing writing, tons of artwork and polish to the game)
Insexual Awakening (Does a tremendous job of catering to one of my preferences)
Degrees of Lewdity (Really well made text-based game, heavily recommend the usage of mods to enhance experience)
Forest of the Blue Skin (There are multiple versions, but I recommend keeping an eye on the Dev's recent one)
Summer Memories and Winter Memories (Pretty unique gameplay, nice usage of animated pixel art, and overall good scenes. Recommend playing the prequel first.)
Cyberpunk 2077 (Despite some of its nudity, it's not a porn game but does really well in writing and world-building. Gameplay and music's pretty great too)

My answer to this absolutely changes depending on what criteria you're talking about. My number 1 game I wish I could go back and play for the first time is almost certainly Libertine. I never see it mentioned anywhere, but the writing and overall scenes make it super engaging. (As a warning, the game is filled to the brim with lolis. Whether that detracts from the experience or adds to it is up to preference.)

for actual story and feelz, i think acting lessons is one that really got to me. that was a great game, and not just for lewd shit.

BADik is a classic. great stuff.

I've been REALLY digging Eternum. The art style kinda put me off at first but I got used to it and the story has me hooked. Plus holy the game is LONG!

I'm most looking forward to the next release of Cultivation Spiral(don't see it on the site). Same developer as Corrupted Saviors but a much more approachable game.
I'm most enjoying right now The Gangbang Girl.

The most time I've spent on any adult game has to be Corruption of Champions(I see the sequel on the site but not the original). Followed it all the way from Unnamed Text Game to the final release and eventual post-release mod content.
