What AVN or game would you recommend playing right now? As in, the story is so good you get sucked in, or the sex scenes are top tier.

Love of Magic, one of the best story across 3 books.
Yes it has great sex scenes but the story is what I go for.
Just make sure you play all 3 books all the way through including the ng+ game to get the full story.

Just to let you know I got well north of 1000 hours in this vn/game.

The story is that good and I went through the ng+ 20 times the first playthrough.

Also to get 100% achievements you need several playthrough to unlock all ways for achievement scenes.
You have 1 scene that requires 3 playthrough to see all of it and to get the achievement.
But with a story this good you don't mind playing through it many times.

I'm worried this will be a boring list. I just did one like this yesterday. But I'll give it a shot. I'm sure you've seen most of these.

A Night with Babysitter: Just a sex scene but well done.
Adored by the Devil: ok plot, good models
Bad Memories: ok story good graphics.
Black and White: no sex, ok models, good story.
Cocky Me: so bad it's good. Very short.
Eternum: it's just so good.
Fallen Flower: a 3rd person 3d game with very little content. But what there is, is interesting.
Goblin "Gnight" Garuru: little content. uninteresting graphics. kinda nothing special. Well worth giving it a shot, I have no idea why it's compelling.
How to Lose One's Virginity: good graphics, ok plot.
Lessons in Love: much like Secrets of Sorcery.
Light of My Life: interesting and in my opinion good models. Good story, Almost complete, authors next work is already started to my recollection at least. I could be confusing that with Single Again.
Live in Corruption: clunky graphics and story. But pretty good.
Milfy Day: good graphics, kinda interesting.
Mist: just a good game.
Moving Out: good graphics.
My Bully Is My Lover: good graphics, good story to my recollection.
My Dorm: good models, silly plot.
Nephilim: good graphics plot isn't garbage.
Out of Puberty: Reimagined: no plot, ok graphics, sleep with everyone.
Out of Touch!: good story, ok graphics.
Pale Carnations: a plot, good graphics.
Power Vacuum: good graphics, silly plot, decent writing.
Rick and Morty: Another Way Home: Rick and Morty parody. Pretty solid one too.
Single Again: good story, good models, almost complete, authors next story is already started.
The Awakening: good graphics, ok story.
The Big Step: a currently popular game. Good graphics and ok story.
Whoremonger NTE: not a lot of story, ok graphics.
Wild Cats: good graphics, ok story.

One i really like atm, that is easy to miss due to so many similar looking ones coming out, is Love by the Water. I really like how its written, one of the most selfaware modern vns i ve read. Sex scenes are usually good, some of them great, but the dialogue and characterization is where it shines for me. Some of the character dessigns look a bit weird, dev clearly loves girls with big assets, but its only some of them and they dont look bad, just a bit unrealistic. Also graphics improve in later updates, iirc this is the dev´s first vn.

Oh i m also loving every new update of Baking with Chocolate, still pretty new but really well done. No animations tho.

Is the game completed or are there any more updates to wait for?

Yes it is completed but only the steam version on steam beta only.
The version here and on F95 are 2-3 updates of fixes off from the actual finish game.
They are finish but they do have minor bugs that only the Steam beta version has fixed.
But still very playable.
Not for sure if the version here and on F95 have the updated story content or not, my version is from Steam.

After playing through all 3 books from the F95 version I went and bought all 3 books on Steam.

dire desires from blackheart games it's so good, but it's abandonned, at least have much content, like 5/6 hours
