    Deadpool CAN die, he's done it a few times, just saying. Also his regeneration is kept in check by his cancer so if you cure his cancer he dies.

    You won't get it remade by Larian since it's in the hands of Saber, but it's confirmed to be in the works so you will get a remake. - Expedition 33 isn't a AAA title so it's cheaper and if you wait for a sale you can get it at a pretty good price. I believe they have a demo though that you can try.

    If you like Final Fantasy or things like that you'd probably like it. It's turn-based, but you have to use button inputs to improve your damage. You could liken it to Expedition 33 from modern games. Saber is working on a KOTOR remake.
