What is your favorite adult game right now, and what is your top adult game of all time?

Recently went back to modded Teaching Feeling, it's a classic for wholesome daily life smut along with Sister Monochrome.
As for favorite smut games, it's hard to tell, i often go back to Rogue-Like Evolution, Free Cities, Adam and Gaia, EraGames.
Best VN plot with some smut on the side: Muv-Luv Trilogy.

First time I tried free cities because it was supposed to be like jack o nine tails I bounced off of it, but eventually I gave it a proper try and it sure is good, especially the still maintained mod branch

Teaching Feeling/NTR Legends (and spinoffs of the genre) for game with actual gameplay, That New Teacher/Pale Carnation for VNs. Teaching Feeling is an OG of cohabitation games, for the other 3 I love the corruption elements in the story.

Wild Cats is off to a really really good start and one of my current favorites right now. Hard to pick an overall favorite, Desert Stalker and Photo Hunt are both really strong contenders!

That's a solid pick, GYYO really does look like a game changer with that scene control. I'm currently hooked on a couple of sandbox titles, but my all-time favorite has to be something with a great story and characters that actually make the adult scenes feel earned.

I really like LonaRPG and Holy Knight Ricca as of now, but my all time favorites are the ONEONE1 games. Started out with Meritocracy of the Oni & Blade, and got to see as each game got better and better-

BAD sounds like a cop out answer, but it was the first 'big' AVN game I played, and it's as popular as it is for a reason.

I do find myself liking sandbox games that are grindy but not frustratlingly so (helps if there's a built in mod or something that allows to skip brainless grinds, ie money)

Milfy City (duh)
A Family Venture (I do the non NTR route)
Midnight Paradise (some of my favorite repeatable sandbox scenes the I can do 20+ times in a playthrough and not be mad)
Shattered Minds (there's kinda semi LI's that are throughout the game, that don't ever move or do anything, they give you 'buffs' when you level them, but most are good looking models, that you can go repeat as much as you want, just something i personally don't remember seeing implemented in any other game)

Twisted Thoughts might be the game I'm most hopeful for -- Hope it sees the finish line. Story is getting a bit absurd, but the interactive lewd scenes I'm a fan of -- would like to find other games that have similar inter-activeness in the scenes vs just clicking a button to change position. Not a fan of Rosie who is forced on you, my only real downside
