How do you think adult games will be developing in the following 5-10 years in terms of quality?

I believe there will be a lot of stuff made entirely by AI and it will became saturated eventualy and when that happens human-made stuff will be more appreciated. (I hope lol)

Mostly AI slop...
AI is already making a lot of games worse (generic AI art and shitty animations) and the easier AI gets to use, the more we will see of developers whom have no idea how to make any aspect of a game, trying to make a game. Just like now, there will be a handful of exceptions, from devs that know how to make a good game and know how to use AI properly, but the vast majority will be slop that will be abandoned long before it's complete.
My only real hope is that good developers will be able to more consistently finish their games if they can use AI to help speed up development without dropping quality. However, it could also have the opposite effect of encouraging developers to make even longer and more ambitious games, leaving us where we are currently where very few games are ever completed.

my prediction is the big porn companies will take over everything & you have advertisement porn without real people like the advertisement industry does much of the time right now.

I absolutely hate AI-generated games, but I can see AI helping a lot of developers produce their games faster and potentially improve certain aspects of them, like coding/ brand new scenario assets (I mean this already happens a lot). Especially animations. I can see a lot of static CGs eventually becoming animated.
There are so many games with really good static scenes that could be much better if they were animated. Unfortunately, creating even a single animation can take one person an enormous amount of time, so most games with animated scenes end up lacking them in quantity.
I expect that in the future, there'll be better and more precise ways to train AI to completely blend with an artist’s style, so it doesn’t immediately feel like AIslop at first glance.
Games will probably be bigger and have longer durations, I just hope we don't sacrifice quality in exchange for that

And fuck all those lazy fully AI-generated games out there

Until the day AI images become indistinguishable from actual art, the AI slop games will unfortunately keep coming out RIP-
Not against AI generated images myself but it pulls from SOMEWHERE, might as well be from some properly developed and presented porn game (among other sources of course).
