Sometimes but not always. In the hands of the right developer, you may not even feel that the same model is being used

It's okay if they make slight changes to it. Like hair colour, eye colour or dress. But ditto copy makes me bore

If you're a developer who uses the exact same model for the exact same character with exact same personality, I will not be okay unless if it's "Alternate universe" kind of a deal. If it's just same model, then I'm fine with it. Surely we have a few dopplegangers out there somewhere, right?

I'm personally ok with it most of the time but when they use models from a high quality game in a low quality one, it kinda bothers me a lil
It could be really annoying, yes.

No. Why they should? I mean we have actors in real life that have a lot movies with them. Also i like some models from "Ann school days" or "Hard Days".

yes specially if they have the same faces

my main issue with some 3d is when they don't give daz enough time to finish rendering so the images have a bunch of noise.

It does not, if the models are not exactely the same. At the end it is story and atmosphere that makes the game for the player.

If you look at the previews and I see a few familiar faces, I am more reluctant to explore the game

It did when I first got into AVNs, but after a couple it stopped being an issue for me.

Not really, as long as the game is done well

At first it might be strange for past experiences, but after a while I can adjust and roll with their 'new role'.

I don't have a problem with the same models being used in different games, they got popular for a reason or the dev just really liked them. When they are always in the same outfits is where it can be distracting though

I`m more annoyed with animation quality than by the model itself.

I like it and it's like a special participation in other games, I see it like that.

Sometimes. It can be pretty lazy of the developer in a lot of cases

I see it as a sign that the dev is being lazy, so it does annoy me a bit.
Surprisingly, it's actually pretty difficult to use the exact same model. There are SO many models available now that you have to actually hunt for one that you want to reuse.

It's distracting and is a common thing for awful games tbh. A fresh and different look like new models is one of the enjoyable parts of trying a new game.

It can be a bit distracting if they’re too recognizable, but as long as the game is fun and well-designed, I don’t mind too much.
