When you get an image you're happy with click on the "i" button on the top left corner then click "include seed". Scroll down to the bottom of the description and copy the seed; it looks like (seed:::555885510).

Paste this at the end of your description and you can now modify your original description and Perchance will make an effort to keep the same art style.
