    I have only the prestige 1 rank and I can access the gray zone and the VIP threads there just fine, so I think any prestige rank will do.

    I don't know about the chats, but at least for the forums, I think the rule of thumb for whats allowed is: No rank : adult (sugestive), smol (not allowed) Member+ : adult (NSFW), smol (sugestive) Prestige 1 : adult and smol (NSFW)
