It's the sort of game where people work together, learn the rules of where you spawned and becoming a citizen are good first steps, getting a skill to level 10 is easier with higher levels taking longer. A lot of towns have a dedicated cook with public foods crates. You can only get 2.5 skills...- Xakorik
