Do you let games Build up releases before playing again?

like you said, it depends on the game. some I play regularly have hour long updates, which is enough for me to be happy. if its something that gets like, a lewd scene (if that) and 5 minutes of text though? I ignore it for as long as willfully possible and hope by the time I go back its worth my time again. (like seriously, how does a game sometimes go several updates, and STILL only take 20 some minutes to get to the end)

If I am enjoying the release I will download games as they are released.

Yeah. I just don't feel that there is enough content without waiting for multiple releases.
Actually something I also do that I've noticed is if I do like a game I quit it early and let the game get to release that way I didn't progress to far and get to play the whole thing as intended.

Yeah, I've noticed quite a few games as of late tend to be 3-5 of Dialogue and possibly a few CG's. I tend to avoid those games afterwards, at least for a while.

That's a good idea. Just have to have patience sometimes.

I would like to let them build up, but the creators I follow usually only update like once a year so I just play them when they come out

I usually play them fairly soon after a drop.

Depends on the size of the updates, if its a lets say 20 min update I rather wait for 3 updates so I get like 1 hours out of play time (fap session :p)

Well basically I look changes section to see if a development with certain characters and then decide

I usually prefer completed games or games that are divided by seasons, so that I have a definitive stopping point.

If a project in active development really interests me, I check every update. This was the case with Mystwood Manor, and is the case now with Bright Past, Midnight Sin, Straitened Times, Amnesia, High School Days, Club Detention.

It highly depends on the game, some devs push out massive updates, so I tend to play them as soon as they drop.
There are also games that update every few renders, so I feel like you have to wait for those otherwise you don't really get to enjoy the game

I usually like to wait until a game is completed, but it really depends.

I always wait for several updates to be released before I return to a game. This way there will be enough new scenes with my favourite characters.
