I don't know if it's actually the best I've ever played, but Parental Love is definitely very, very high on the list. It was one of the first ones I completed, and I just loved it. How it would hold up if I were to replay it now years later, I'm not really sure.

Being completed is a massive restriction, but even so there is no single best game. My recommendations of completed games:

• Once in a Lifetime -- best completed comedy adventure
• Sisterly Lust -- best incest game (not just completed, but at all)
• Solvalley School -- best comedy harem
• Now & Then -- best apocalyptic porn game / best road movie (again, not just completed)
• AlwaysFan -- best completed game about adult industry exploitation of women / best heavily branching game
