It's a German Netflix series. Ripples is somewhat faithful to the plot, at least from what I remember, but without the incest lol. Haven't watched season 3 yet but the acting and production quality is really good

It's not completed, next chapter is in development and is not rhat far from release in fact.

The confusion might stem from the 1.0 designation of the latest release. But this was simply done because rhe game had become so large thatbadding yet another chapter woukd break it. So, next chapter will be a new install that snags the save data from the current one so you continue where you left off.
