discussion What do you think of Achiements / Succes in game

I like them in games where the dev has alot of hidden scenes and pictures. makes it more rewarding to find them, but more importantly lets you know that they are there to be found. Great way to keep track of what you might have missed giving the game some more replayable.

I like them too, they don't complicate the game but allow us to see how far we've progressed in the game.

Achievements work best as a sort of a checklist for completionist, when you can finish the game on your own terms and then go complete them in some sort of NG+.

I'm not a fan of "Achievements", but if i liked a lot a game (normal or porn), then i try to complete it at 100%

Pointless in lewd games. Annoying in all games that I play for the game itself. Achievements notifications always break immersion and if a game needs achievements to keep players playing, it is obviously a bad game.

I think they work well if a game has secrets or things to explore that you might have missed. It's a good way to see if you have missed anything you otherwise might have missed

Love Achievements!
They not only give you a goal but they're usually a good guide for what content you haven't gotten to yet.

Seems like a waste of time and effort to develop in a VN in my opinion when there is a far better alternative that every one should consider having, a reply gallery.
