If its an option, I always use the same name but it is not my own name. I figured that since it is an MC, I just add "ar" in the middle in order to rename him to Marc.

I always go with default names, but if I am forced to pick one I just chose with Anon with last name of Guy always works well!

Mostly my own name or a variation of it.

I typically use my own first name for characters but change the last name to one of a few things depending on the feel

I always go with Drexl. If I find a game that doesn't let you name the MC I use one of those notepad script things that lets you change the name. That or 0x52 URM mod thing.

I just roll with whatever the game has as a default. It actually kinda annoys me if there isn't a default and I have to pick a name.

I like to name them Arthur in honor of Arthur Morgan, dunno but usually seems fitting to me lol

Usually the default name unless it's something silly. Otherwise Mike. Of course if there's already a Mike in the game then something else.
