I am boycotting Nestle for all the crap they are doing worldwide. Although I'm certainly no saint either.

Basically this. When I was younger, I was unburdened by financial or time constraints. I could afford to have high standards, boycott grossly immoral companies, etc.

I'm now an adult that needs to generate his own income. I can barely afford to have nice things like a gaming PC or a home gym to pursue my hobbies. Damn right I'ma pick the better value option everytime. Many animals are slaughtered inhumanely in the process, and the child labor implications of my affordable tech is gut wrenching, but this is the world we live in.

In gaming, EA, Ubisoft and Activision - the quality of their games only gets worse and their consumer practices are terrible

In general, Nestlé - their company practices are some of the worst ever seen (maybe only behind chinese companies using slave labor) and their products have cheaper alternatives from other brands that are basically the same thing
