Entirely depends on the character. Some are just naturally hot with glasses on

I mean, if they need glasses, then they should use glasses. I say that as a half-blind man who uses glasses himself.

I think it really depends on the character design, lore, story, etc. I also think the frame size need to match the face, as well as the design match the character. And it should NEVER go with the 'they are hotter without glasses' option. Take a page from Gilmore Girls when Lane goes without her glasses for a bit, and then Zack and Ms. Kim talk about how much better they look on her.

I think it really depends on the character for me. sometimes glasses get unnecessarily added to characters that would look better without, and sometimes it just doesn't match their personality

Glasses can complete a look, they are a great accessory, both in fiction & real. That being said, some art styles are awful at glasses.

Personally, I'm not really a fan of them. Don't ask me why—I just tend to find characters more attractive without glasses. That said, I don't mind if a character wears them either. Variety is the spice of life.

Paraphrasing a few earlier comments, I also agree that if the face suits the style of glasses frame ( & vice- versa), it can be a really great look. I'm always happy to see spec wearers within the LI roster of any AVN.

I like it when the character thats wearing it is portrayed as nerdy or a bit of a loner, or both. If its a buff warrior type character with glasses, it kinda clashes for me thematically.

Hopefully I didn't mess up and post this in the wrong place, and nothing came up when I searched glasses, but do you like your target of affection, with or without glasses?

Personally I enjoy glasses, I think the right design can really highlight someone's looks, for example, I love Bayonetta, the glasses bring out that sexy look and then there's Follet from Death Smiles, I think her glasses make her quite cute.

What are your thoughts? and if you do like glasses, who do you think wears them the best?
