The only companies worse than Nestlé are the petrochemical companies (the companies that extract and process crude oil like Exxon-Mobil, Shell, BP and the like). They are literally killing the planet with their greed. But since I live in America I can't do anything without a car.

Tobacco companies come in right behind Nestlé. Their products literally kill people...they just don't kill people directly like Nestlé and Big Oil do, nor do they devastate the environment as badly.

I get the hate for giant corporations but to be fair they bring down costs and bring up accessibility to people. I think the real problem companies are the ones that essentially just take and don't give back equal value to their customers, America or the world in general. Disney, Blackrock and companies like Ubisoft are big and damage their industries and try to influence everyone else while not actually bringing value to their consumers while doing so.

I hate Blizzard because of their shitty authenticating and client bs, I STILL can't uninstall Hearthstone off my pc. I don't know how but I just get an error and I tried looking it up online to no avail. Also overwatch was ruined, but also the shit that was happening behind the scenes there was pretty fucked

mm yeah to a point.
So sure they bring they down costs, but that's to kill competition. Once there is none they have control of the price. which is why now, a lot of the big stores are raising their prices. COVID killed a lot of small mom and pop stores that people used so prices have been increasing about 20% each year since.


The game companies are different. They have all been trying to switch to a subscription based plan like Xbox Game Pass because it works. you have monthly, you get games for "free"
They want you to buy the base game. They offer the season pass for day one DLC, they offer a "deluxe package" fr more money.. but they entice you with a very cheap "access to everything" sub. you don't actually own the games with the Sub package.
