Natural is best, Earrings (if they count, technically they are piercings ) are ok, but women with a whole scrapyard on their bodies are a completely turn off

I would say I follow the standard popular wisdom of "everything is OK in moderate amounts", for both piercings and tattoos. BTW, I don't recall any game where a LI gets a tattoo or piercing during a playthrough, excluding enslavement games. Does anyone remember one such game?

it's not for everybody but it is just another way to wear jewelry. some people like wearing shiny bits of metal.

I don't mind a few earrings on a girl, but not the big hole in the earlobe (that is kind of gross).
I can even deal with a belly ring if it is small.
But no to nose rings and most other piercings.

I think a pretty girl does not need it, and can make her look trashy.

Less is more. Nips and clit piercings are hot (but just one per area). "Traditional" piercings on the ears can be cute. If the girl has so many that she looks like a porcupine, then I lose interest.

That pretty much covers it for me too. I can compromise for a small stud on the side of the nose, but that's about it.
