Do ear gauges count as a piercing? I can't believe they are becoming more popular. People with ear gauges look like they came from a primitive human tribe. Not to mention what's going to happen to their ear lobes 20 years after getting them. I've only seen it in one game so far, but I hope it doesn't catch on.

Ear gauges are gross (think of how they would clean it), weird, and damaging to the body similar to those people who get their tongue split. What's next, those gauges/disks to stretch out the lips some African cultures use? How about some Asian feet binding so the person can't walk anymore? Extreme body modifications reek of underlying mental illness or a fucked up culture.

I like it but it also depends how it looks. Small thing tat catch your attention is great, but big and excesive ones that get your focus is too much. And also for example imo piercing in the middle of nose lookls less attractive than one the side of noes.

For me, males- no.
Females: Nipples and naval is fine. Faces if kept at minimum and not too extreme. It depends.

Personally it's a turn off for me.

If the graphics are good and it looks right I don't mind in face and nipples but not in pussy. I don't like that.

It really depends. Ear and bellybutton piercings are completely fine and I actually quite like, tongue piercing I could do without but don't really mind, nose and nipple piercing is not something I enjoy, and clit piercing is an instant turn-off.

Sure. A few is fine and is just a nice touch. But moderation. If a character in a game has a lot of piercings, that would be turnoff. But then again. I havent seen any games so far with characters with too many. So its all good
