Piercings can be hot, but they can also be not. I love a good nose ring, earings and the occasional nipple piercing, but i am not one that enjoys excessive or extreme of it.

Meh....basic ear ones are fine. The overdone septum piercing is welcomed to know who to avoid. LOL

Depends on the character design and how radical a piercing it is; it could drag the design down and look trashy, or make the character more cohesive with the archetype
