Well... that kind of makes it seem like he ran into legal issues. Don't see any other reason for him to suddenly just nuke everything related to the game.

If that is actually the case I'd be getting a lawyer and telling them "well then I'll see you in court", and instead of making it a secret mention it on the SS thread for extra legal defense funds and call up the ACLU, FSC, and whatever other legal organsizations that might be interested. If he's actually being accused of obscenity (no other legal recourse exists in the US that I know of) call their bluff and most of the time they will simply drop the charge(s) not too long after that. As someone once said in another loli dev thread self-censorship is really the most effective kind. More loli devs should simply make their AVNs for free, harder to get harassed if there's no money to follow to find them, and preferably after they are already retired or their AVN also already their day job anyway so no outside employer to worry about "canceling" them either. Assholes really need to simply quit playing such games if they don't like them.

For most people it's really hard to balance a full time job and developing a game. But at this point this is all just speculation. It's weird for him to only delete our island considering the type of content that is in the fosters (the first one). If our island can get you in trouble then the fosters for sure can as well. We have the thread backed up in our staff section. It may come back after things cool down a bit for 13. some people are still in contact with him. I will say this. the game will not ever be finished as all files have been deleted on his pc's and he will not return to it.

Oh believe me , there people out there that believe any and all things that have to do with smol is absolutely off limits. Kinda like blood and gore stuff.

Yea it if it's something with the law it's something that could affect other devs since from what people said here he is from the U.S. It would be good for at least other devs to be aware of it if that is the case.

Dunno why he would care if it wasn't his wife or boss (telling/asking the wife/boss before making AVNs would prevent that). I sure as fuck wouldn't, but in my case the people whose opinions actually matters to me already know what I like to fap to (mostly just immediate family and a couple of friends from grade school, fuck anyone else's unimportant opinion on it if they don't like it). But given his location it's probably not legal reasons (if he was in Canada then that's far more likely). My money says it's health related, sadly.

Well, fuck those guys if they don't like it, obviously loli AVNS are not made for them. I consider NTR, anal , rape, and vore abhorrent, that doesn't mean I'm gonna gather up a posse and lynch them if they are into that. People need to just quit being stupid and find something else to waste energy on than hunting down the makers of content they don't like, whatever it is. Far easier to simply don't play it. It's basically the equivalent of a guy walking into a gay bar and then complaining about getting hit on by fags while looking for straight girls and also wondering why they keep getting rejected or an atheist walking into a church and bitching about the stupid beliefs of everyone around them.

So unless he had some more disturbing things than purely fictional content, there is a good chance it's not a legal issue. The fact that he was able to pull the subscribestar page down and remove the VN stuff from his PC supports that. If they think you have actual illegal things on your PC, they don't give you a chance to delete it. They just seize your PC(s).

Another theory is someone threatened to dox him unless he stopped work on his games. It's a wild theory I know, but some of the vigilantes will stop at nothing to get this kind of stuff taken down.

Blackheart still doing his thing last I checked with TLG out this month and SWP is no longer on hold. He seems to be a man of my own heart that takes shit from no one. Dunno about BB, most of his AVNs were weird to me so didn't really keep up with him, though I was subbed for awhile until he stopped working on the AVN I subbed for and started a new one.
