Sam is the second protagonist of the game, though I'd argue he's actually the main one. Most of the story so far is told from his perspective, more so than the female character's, and he's the one getting cuckolded (NTR).
Right now the game has no choices whatsoever, it's a kinetic novel. I believe there's a tag for that, and they should also consider the Male Protagonist tag since the story is predominantly told from his point of view.
