Not seeing the problem with the graphics. Reminds me of an N64 game. I find that a lot more charming to look at than the copy and paste DAZ Studio games where people try so hard to make it look realistic and they just look like dead inside uncanny valley dolls.

The CG is great for modding, because it's hold simple. I don't know if the raw files can be extracted. Never heard of *.egdepack files.
Edit: The (game) engine used here seems to be Electron
