discussion Should games have music, yes or no?

Unless it's "artistically" picked I don't want music I didn't choose in anything. Videos, Live streams, indie games. For the latter it just adds an extra click to mute it.

it's not really a requirement, it is nice however to have em, tho i do find sometimes the music and scene doesn't mixed so i would turn them off

Music is good, but most of the game music is of low quality.

In Milfy City and a few other games - the music is almost part of the comedy.
The same tune starts every time something lewd is going to happen.

But in most cases I just turn the audio off.
Audio requires work to make it good. And it is often just slapped on top.

I usually play muted BUT Being a DIK used to start with "Punk Rock Flu" and it was a great way to start the game it fit really well

Games should have music at the right place and at the right time and it must also suit what's going on.

Yes, but that would depend on the genre of the game. Wouldn't want a rock song in an ntr game lol

Yes, I prefer when there is music, even if it is the most basic and copyright free, it is good to have some kind of BGM

as long as its not overused i dont mind, and even then, a mute option is always avaiable

I think it can add to the story if the song and placement is well thought out.
