I really hope he picks this up at some point, but we will have to wait until the fosters is done. Some people were saying that it would be better for him to start a new game after the fosters but I would rather have him restart this game with older characters but the same story, This is one of the few occasions where a rework is actually the better option, in my opinion.
Eh I subbed for the lol!s, the story was interesting but still just context for the fap material. I see no point in subbing to a lol! AVN with no lol!s, but who knows, maybe nothing will change when it's revisited next year or thereabouts.
Yeah sure, but if for some reason he doesn't feel confident, I think the better option would be to rework the game instead of dropping in and starting a new game.

From what I gather he doesn't work completely alone on OI. He sometimes sends artwork, assets, models, etc overseas, sometimes to lol!-unfriendly countries and he's worried if that opens him up to prosecution. The short answer is no, it doesn't, (ask a lawyer if it will make someone feel better, a simple question or 1-time consultation is usually pro bono/free or at least relatively cheap). Not if you live in a lol!-safe country like the US. I wouldn't send such things to a Brit, Aussie, or Canadian though if you consider them a friend, though they can't do much about the sender in most cases they still might go after the recipient (and some countries like Australia actively monitor things like everyone's phone content, so encrypting it will only draw more suspicion on them).

People need to really quit taking life so seriously. Considering it's just going to end in 80 years or so no matter what you do or don't do people should just do what they feel like. Just don't get caught then it don't matter, especially considering the more people that ignore a law, whether one agrees with it or not (and victimless laws like obscenity cases really should be ignored by everybody), the less the odds of any one particular individual getting caught. It's why copyrights are hardly ever enforced anymore (unless you're Kim Dotcom and making $40M a year from it or that guy in Michigan that made a pirate streaming site rebroadcasting PPV shows and NFL games), otherwise you'd have 60% of the global population in prison with the other 40% trying to figure out how to pay for that. I'd like to see what the 190 gov'ts of the world would do if all 5B internet users basically said "fuck the gov't" as they should.
Yeah I ignore 90% of every new release that comes out, there's just too many of them to bother trying them all. Incest and lolis go to my " priority to-play" folder. Sandboxes, NTR, female protags, anything not Renpy or Daz (Sometimes HS or VAM I'll try if I find myself with nothing else to read, hardly ever happens), or no incest tag (stepcest doesn't count) gets ignored. Remove the lolis from just about any formerly loli AVN and it's no longer worth shit to me.

Based on what the dev said, he's just going to wait until he's finished The Fosters sequel and the heat dies down, then continue this game. I think it's mostly a matter of how long that will take and what changes he may or may not make to it then.
Nope. After what happened to westy the dev decided to put this game on hold and will focus on The Fosters: Back 2 school. After that game is done he will decide if he will work on this again or just start a new game.
