As long as a fetish is optional, I have no problem with it. I also am in the minority that seems to appreciate scat scenes, when well made (admittedly, a quite rare occurrence). I would say however I am not a big fan of NTR (unless is the MC whoring some girl out) and futa.

Scat or gore, although I'd probably remove scat as gore in AVNs doesn't usually come up in sex scenes. However if I see scat, unless I really like the preview renders or premise I straight up won't play the game. And if scat's in a game I like I'll just skip any scenes where it's featured or disable it if that's an option.
