Depends on the game. Platformers and other gameplay focused games I often will since I'm there for the gameplay with the added sex. But VN types games I will of course read dialog for.

Wouldn't that just be porn then? if i have to skip dialogue because it is boring that probably means the "story" is not suited to me, so either read the text or just ditch the title.

Depend on the game, but honestly, story enhanced the sex. If the story become bad I don't skip, I just stop.

I played a lot of untranslated Japanese games and after a while it gets too tiring trying to read and understand so I start skipping.

For me it kind of depends on the game itself. I used to really enjoy visual novels, as in like. The Japanese ones when we'd get english translations. But a lot of the newer stuff I kinda of just skip through unless something catches my eye.

I don't skip it, but i do read the text very fast to get to the sex scenes.

Never skip if I'm interested in the game. If the text isn't that good, I just unpack the files/unlock the gallery to look at all the art and call the game done.

i give it like an hour to invest me into the story and only begin skipping through scenes if i like the look of the chara's otherwise i just uninstall

I like to read through so I can get invested in the game and the characters involved during the more explicit scenes.

Or, you know, just laugh at the dialogue and take the game way less seriously. That is fun in of itself!
