I try not to, but sometimes I just need to bust. If the story is weak, I'm fast forwarding.

if the writing or story is bad then yes but I also look at the previews to see if any of the characters look interesting to me if i don't like how the game looks i just don't download if i do like how it looks but it has bad writing or a bad story I skip dialogue for the scenes I want to see

I occasionally skip if I'm replaying a scene, but otherwise no.

For me, it depends on the writing and the story content, I tend to read through it all usually, but every once in a while I use skip, sometimes I use skip if I have to load, so I dont have to re read

I skip if the story doesn't add anything to me, but good dialogue can add a lot

My default is to skip through text, and I'll skim the story and context from what's flashing across the screen. I'll stop for a while if I'm interested in what's being said.

Only if I'm fucking tired of graphomania. Especially in sex scenes

As others have said, I start with the best intentions. But, I am often overwhelmed by wordiness and I succumb to skipping.

if it gets to the point that i keep skipping whole scenes, then that just means the game ain't worth playing

At the beginning I read the story, but If the dialog is bad or the story drags; I make a save to revisit from there later and skip to the sex scenes.

I'm curious to what others do when playing H-Games. Do you tend to mash space/left click to get through a lot of the dialogue, maybe stopping at some parts, or do you take the time to read everything? I tend to mash through the early parts of games at least, then maybe slow down after a while.
completely depends on the content an the quality.

not having the option will often be tedious

I skip meaningless banter. a lot of the talking back and forth probably adds flavor for normal people but its just really boring and I don't understand why its there. but when there is actual plot and story I will sit and read slowly and enjoy. honestly some games have such a good story I skip through the sex scene to keep reading. weird I know.

Depende. Si veo que el diálogo se alarga demasiado, guardo la partida y avanzo rápidamente para ver si queda mucho o si merece la pena seguir jugando.

If game is boring so yes, I like the idea of starting the game with one sex scene to calm down the player and story start like usual.
