Personally I don't mind the grind, if I want a game with quick sex I just fire up Honey Select.

I don't think I've ever encountered a porn game with actual difficulty. It would be nice to play something like that, where it's a challenge and you get... ehm... your reward, at the end, so to speak.

Seems like most developers go for a mix of H content and grindy mini-games that feel like chores (or in many cases, are actual chores, e.g. Peeping Dorm Manager minigames are cleaning and recycling).

Grinding does not mean difficult though.
If there is a grind it is there because of an intentional time sink or because of poor balance and optimization.

Example: In an MMORPG if you are repeating daily tasks for reputation or currency in order to get the reward that's a grind used as an intentional time sink. The grind creates traffic in those areas as people try to complete it and makes the world seem more active for a while.

If you are given quests to kill X during leveling that's not yet a grind but something to do in the area. Properly balanced once you complete all those quests the experience from killing and quests would advance you to the next area. If you are still short of leveling and power and mindlessly killing things for XP that's a level grind from poor optimization.

Honestly I don't see 'difficult' popping up in adult games too often because its a pain to develop. Most of the time the developer does it in a lazy fashion and calls poor optimization and calls it hard. IE: "My game is hard because the enemies jump from level 5 to level 30 once you leave the starting area". Dude, that's not 'hard' that's just poor design.

Honestly I hate it when I am into a game then I discovere the game wants me to actually grind levels and do alot of shit to advance.
I don't want the porn to be handed to me but I don't want to be grinding and team building and all of that, I am not here for that.

I think it depends entirely on the type of game. Some are just fap material. Others are an entire game that also has some hot fucking! I don't mind it for the latter.

If the game had fun mechanics then sure, but pretty much every porn game I've played has crap mechanics.

If I wanted to play Dark souls I would have play that.

That, i don't mind a little grind or gameplay with plot but when i have to basically control the chara like dark souls during the snu snu scenes it completely ruins it. i usually just cheat so it is super easy but some devs go out of their way to make you suffer(what's worse is there was one dev who the game was bugged and he made it impossible to cheat.)
