I don't keep any games open at all times, but I have a bunch that I'm eager to get updates for. I think a better question might be which game you go back to the most when you just want to get a good fap in, or which game have you fapped to the most?

I play 1 game, the others is running in the background. When I get to a scene, i play next game. Then when I`m ready i play through the scenes one by one.

i work with servers, so if i wanted to, im pretty sure i can even eat that
and for graphics work i connect to our server
its a bit better on the GPU department than that i have , or any home owner (A6000 48GB x2)
