Depends really. I could give a big list for yes and no reason's, but no one wants that. Most of the times, it's a yes. If I like the character then it's always a yes. If I dislike the character, it's a no. unless there is maybe sime revenge idea behind it then disliked characters are always a no.

It also just depends on the mood that the game puts me in.

I mean assuming it's no date sim or something where they kill the game or lock you into an ending because you knocked someone up I will always do it. Pregnant sex scenes are fucking hot and unfortenately there are not enough of them. I despise games that tease pregnancy and then do not let you actually have scenes with them whilst they are pregnant. It's a game so pulling out to me is insanity (even if I don't mind facials etc.).
