Depends on the character. If it makes sense story and character-wise, then... why not? But if it doesn't really fit with what is going on, then no.

Why? If they're supposedly transferred to an orphanage after birth, that's entirely realistic.
Although I haven't had children in Labrats 2 yet. If there's still the opportunity to interact with them after birth, then yes, that's odd.

Pregnancy just ends, belly gets back to normal, the children just vanish. I did not see any explanation on what happens to them. An orphanage is the obvious explanation, but nothing like that was mentioned in the version i played. Perhaps there is a newer one.
But not to mislead the reader: I like the game, it's not bad at all. The modded version is quite a bit complex and well made.

No. If the dev bothers to add the pregnancy path in a game the baby is quickly pushed aside as it too hard to keep a baby in these stories. Just complicates things too much.

It depens in the game and the girl, usually yes, but sometimes I decide not to do it

I’d prefer to avoid it if it’s a whole mechanic/genre thing, but if it’s just part of an ending, I’m fine with it.
