In my eyes babybumps are attractive, so yes, if there's an option for impregnation, though sadly its rarely anything more than just a label.

I will do it unless it locks me out of some scenes after the girl is pregnant (In more open games). It's not really a kink of mine but I will do it as a sort of finisher

Not all games really show you the consequences of her being pregnant, but I usually avoid it if it will ruin the plot otherwise I go for it.

Depends on what the consequences are.
I usualy try to avoid pregnancy, unless it makes sense or is necessary for the plot to advance.
Just ignoring the born children (like in LabRats 2) keeps the game playable, but is heavily unrealistic...

Always. In fact, I wouldn't mind a game where the focus were on capturing girls, getting them off their pills, impregnating them and following them as they progress through their pregnancy. Very dark kink, but there you have it

Depends on the character. If it makes sense story and character-wise, then... why not? But if it doesn't really fit with what is going on, then no.
