Most of the time I don't go with pregnancy in games, but sometimes I'll get a MILF pregnant.
I don't really get anyone other than MILFs pregnant when I do choose some sort of pregnant content.

Yes, although this does not tend to be optional.

In my eyes babybumps are attractive, so yes, if there's an option for impregnation, though sadly its rarely anything more than just a label.

Always. Some games make it depended on probability, I do save&load until I get the pregnancy result.
