To me, it's one of the worst things in adult game, and probably one of the very few contents where I have never found anything I liked, and that is considering I can find things I liked in almost any tag, even NTR that I despise there were some very rare instances where I actually liked it

Unrealistic sizes is honestly a bit of a fetish for me so I don't mind them, but there is often a difference between the devs that intentionally aim for those sizes vs those that do just for the sake of being bigger. e.g. with clothes that show bulges/cleavage differently or camera angles that emphasize those assets, just generally acknowledging and leaning into the ridiculous sizes. When it's just for the sake of being bigger, often it's being played as if those sizes are totally normal, in which case IMO it'd be better to just actually have normal sizes.

I don't mind it to an extent, and if it's maybe one or two characters in the game. Some go way too far though, and those games also tend to have every character with crazy proportions.

I'm not sure why so many artists go for it, but I find both of them really off putting. In terms of boobs there is too big, but there is not too small. For whatever reason devs and artists also love giving their male characters absolute meat hammers. It's a great way for me to skip a game that's really easy to pick out from the sample pics
