I really dislike it, for me it's one of the main factors that make me quit playing a particular game or AVN. Complete destruction of immersiveness.

Oversized massive female propotions are a massive turn off for me in games. Often will look through preview images and seeing that will often put me off a game as I just don't find it attractive. Males less picky but prefer to be kept in the real of reality.
