Don't know about the rest of Europe, but here pancakes are kinda like softer crepes. Fried thin in a pan, preferably fried with butter. Standard recipe would be:Maybe European pancakes are crepes? That's what I would think of.
Exactly -- Ya gotta love how the USA has commercialized sports with built in beer breaks and time for tv commercialsShould have clarified iced latte. I buy these from the store when they're in season:

Soccer is exhausting to watch, they're constantly running back and forth and never give you a break to grab a drink or anything. I like football and baseball because the half the time the game is paused while the teams regroup, excellent time to doomscroll.
What if I said I was already here?
Buttflaps or diapers? My wife's a cosplayer, so I don't think it because of the character, but something on the lines of "How can these clothes be made that let you go to the bathroom at a con? Where would your put your cellphone? It's easy to take off some layers if you get tired during it?". Hahaha
My local auto parts store advertises pumpkin spice oil every year.I've never tried pumpkin spice flavored things.![]()
Pretty close to the same team, though.I don't think the Browns and the Super Bowl are related to football at all in @LuqhsA07 case
It's usually done in halloween, right? Here we don't have these things.
Candy corn looks awful but I always wanted to try, too. Hahaha
A true sign of masochism is liking candy corn.Yeah it's an autumn/fall seasonal seasoning/spice. Candy corn isn't the best but I think it gets too much hate from people
I think saying it tastes like candy is a gross exaggeration.eta bonks reponse:
See I think saying it tastes like a candle is a gross exaggeration.
Not enough flopping. This is the greatest football movie:

Love shaolin soccer, but Kung fu hustle is better. I have grown to really like soccer, but Handegg all the way (on TV in stadium is boring as shit)

Real fans of teams hate their own team more than their rivals.![]()
Buttflaps or diapers?
I have friend who cosplays with his wife. He always did over-the-top stuff, while she's usually and elf or Jedi.
He created a Gundam suit, and made it so the crotch part would unsnap so he could squat over the toilet to do his business.
He didn't make it to the bathroom on the 2nd or 3rd day of a con.
Complete diarrhea sprayed all in the plastic suit. Down his legs, in the boots, dripping out and everything. It was a real disaster.
Now, he dresses up as an elf or Jedi or something similar.
Now, every time he sees someone in an elaborate suit:

Gen Tsos chicken is based on a Taiwanese dish which is similar, which paid homage to the original General Tsos favorite food, which was chicken and hot peppers. If you ever get the chance look up a short documentary called "Searching for General Tso" just over an hour long and really fascinating.I posted Chicken Parm earlier, an American dish. Its sibling, Spaghetti with meatballs is also American, not Italian.

Maybe European pancakes are crepes? That's what I would think of. And Pudding in UK English is practically a catch-all word for food, it's the name for a ton of different dishes that don't have anything obviously in common (Google says it has to do with the cooking method) (vs US where it's a specific kind of dessert).
By that logic, did you know that tempura would actually be a Portuguese dish? It was made by portuguese immigrants I think on good friday, when they couldn't eat red meat or something like that.Entirely possible, but by that metric there's no such thing as American foodOther than pemmican.

That second image though.

Cause it's not candy its a completely different food groupI think saying it tastes like candy is a gross exaggeration.
Yeah... I'm not the biggest fan of potatoes...![]()
Sometimes different foods are similar, sometimes the same food are different.EXACTLY! It's amazing to see how foods change as they move to different places! Any dish in any country is usually based on another similar dish. Each of those is probably close to something from somewhere else.
For example, chicken parm is American, but Eggplant parm is Italian.
Edit: I'll see if I can fin that documentary.
