Yeah prep is the most important part, IMO.

I like to butterfly or pound the chicken to get a nice, flat piece.

Do you brine the chicken?

I usually butterfly and pound, season with salt, pepper, garlic and sometimes italian herbs.
Never brined it, though. It would be too wet for frying, wouldn't it?

EDIT: It's usually the frying part I fuck up, I think. Too charred or no cooked in the middle.
Should probably get something bigger than a 12" cast pan

It's better than the one european pudding I know of, Black Pudding, that appear to be an oatmel blood sausage. Hahaha
It's just like HTYYHRK said.

And Pudding in UK English is practically a catch-all word for food, it's the name for a ton of different dishes that don't have anything obviously in common (Google says it has to do with the cooking method) (vs US where it's a specific kind of dessert).

But after 31 years of Snyder, the fans are celebrating but still very cautious

Everything looks competent so far, but it's probably going be at least 2 winning seasons (and winning means actually competitive football not record) before I buy in
