I really liked playing that, would play it again.
I think there are custom words, so we could have a game tags themes one or something like that.

But usually the insurance companies deny you after the hospitalization, saddling you with massive amounts of crushing debt.

Here we have private health care, too.
Sometimes the paperwork takes too long or the company tries denying the treatment, so you can pay yourself and fill in for reinbursement later. If it's a procedure that they have to cover (some aren't included in the health plan), they'll have to pay you later.
But yeah, if you don't have money/credit it can be an issue.

I think the same thing sometimes! Especially during superhero movies.
Whenever there are characters all dressed up in their armor or suits, what happens if you drink some bad water or get a bad burrito?
They'll have to be polishing the inside of the armor.

My wife's a cosplayer, so I don't think it because of the character, but something on the lines of "How can these clothes be made that let you go to the bathroom at a con? Where would your put your cellphone? It's easy to take off some layers if you get tired during it?". Hahaha

I didn't know there was a pumpkin spice season for vampires, too.
