Anime/Hentai Recommendations and Identification

Dragon Ball, it was the anime of my childhood and to this day it is still my favorite

I used to work with a kid who was a super fan of the show, and the other clerks were assholes who picked on him. Nice kid, i liked him but he didn't last two weeks. I do remember him giving me a ribbing over liking Sailor Moon.

Just finishing off Attack on Titan, but my fav i'd probably say is Bleach. It's the one that I was first introduced too.

I guess by default Akira is my favourite anime. I saw the other one, can't recall the name but it was remade as a live-action with Scarlet Johansson, you know the one, and the other one with the man/woman cop buddies and a really old guy who's super horny, think there's a scene in a morgue in that one, can't remember that name either. So yeah, going by the I-can-remember-its-name metric, Akira wins.

Yeah the live action Ghost in the Shell wasn't horrible but as the kids say it was very mid. I hated the whitewashing of Major Kusanagi. It was stunt casting to hire Scarjo.

I just watched the first episode. I didn't expect to like the tickling scene but I may have just discovered something. The closest to hentai anime I've seen is The Testament of Sister new Devil. I don't remember it too well but I remember it was really pushing it .

I'll throw out Odd Taxi. Not action oriented but the premise was strange enough and the story was good enough to keep me watching all the way through.

Samurai Champloo is unique in terms of the vibe and plot I think. Similar to Cowboy Bebop.

Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan - Tsuioku Hen, but it's only so good when you watch the main series (Rurouni Kenshin) before that. And, unfortunately, that one is just ok.
Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu: Aratanaru Tatakai no Overture - Same applies here, except that the movie isn't as good but the main series (Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu) on the other hand is very good.
Monster - Full of suspense, with some horror. One of the best anime out there.

Generally, avoid newer anime because almost all of them are terrible. The budget for them fell off a cliff in the 00s and it really, really shows. And that's beside the increasing degeneracy.

PS: Castlevania and Rick and Morty are no anime.
