Once you learn how to do it, you really don't need a super powerful GPU. You'll find a lot of people saying you need way more than you do.Aye in terms of image generation I think its all about spending time to understand how the checkpoint, LORA etc system works in addition to the various parameters you can tweak, if you want to use EUler A etc, but regarding my GPU starved comment is was related to a mixed audio, video model that was supposed to work on 16GB but in the comments it said that anything less than 70 would take forever and that you were a GPU peasant, basically

Buy noctua fans, remove broken fan/s and cable tie noctua fan/s to your gpu, grab a daisy chain cable and have them all linked together into the same fan header on your mobo then set them to ramp up tied to your gpu temps.
Not hard to do just have to get your software all working together so that the fans turn on/off properly.
