Depends on the type of taco. If it's something like fajitas I go with flour, but like legit street tacos it's usually small corn tortillas.
Very true, that's why legit places layer up with two corn tortillas. I get that this may be a negative for some but when they're done right it's so good. Corn tortillas heated up with a bit of grease from the meat, or soaked in it if it's birria...damn. Now I gotta go and get some soon.
