One of the best starter animes is Death Note, I liked it so much that I read the manga as well. I would recommend One Punch Man too, but the new season just isn't it . . .
I see your profile is piper...she is mine. The only character i love from ZZZ. The only character i actively want to see and disappointed when she is not involved or even cameo in a side story/event. I love piper....but ZZZ hasn't release any other character that grabs me so i gave up on that game. hmm okay series wise as a start full metal alchemist brotherhood might be a really good start. Death note, Naruto and Attack on Titan are high on most people's list. Demon Slayer although its not over yet. Movie Wie there is a lot I would say most Ghibli movies would be decent but would recommend going for Makoto Shinkai's stuff (Your Name, Weathering with you, 5 centimeters per second, Garden of words) starting with your name. Would also recommend cyberpunk edgerunners i you have played the game it better or arcane if you ever played league of legends. There is a lot out there if you ever have a certain genre I'm sure I could help find something.
