Apocalyptic World is real porn (HTML Twine game) and I think can have pregnant sex scenes. The kids can be born and grow up. The game also has things to do other than just sex.

Maybe a game featuring pregnancy with that feature could work. Time jumps forward a few years at a time, give the MC a chance to interact with the growing family in different ways.
