They're a pain in the ass at best and make a game stuck in the same place forever at worst.

I find them boring and don't make much sense, a porn game should only excite you and that's it.

I hate them.
I play games to reduce RL stress, enjoy a good story and do things my way. I dont want to to be forced to click like a crazy berserk or pointlessy hit keys like dictated.

There are certain things that should be considered "bastard dev" things, and unskippable minigames would be one. Also, redoing from start after a few updates, or breaking old saves. Unavoidable NTR or futa, bad endings, etc.

if i wanted to play any game i would choose real game instead VN - so no, i am not a fan of mini games

exactly. It would be ok if it was a "try twice and it lets you by" but to be stuck is the worst on them.

it depends on the game itself and the minigame - many of them are frustrating

It depends on how they are designed and the reward and then they must not be repetitive or boring.

most of them are annoying, some are annoying and also a waste of time, just let me crank one out in peace. especially given the mechanical limitations some engines present. "click the spot on the screen 10 times!" isn't a very engaging way to do something

I agree, he could make a game like Snake, a puzzle or old-school Mario, it would be better than clicking on the rhythm

I don't mind them, if they're done well enough they can be a decent distraction

Not usually a fan. Like if it's a "you need to do this side job to earn money to do this and that" then I'll probably just grind long enough to accumulate a lot of points. But if it's like a minigame I gotta do everytime I need to explore a certain area multiple times. Then not my cup of tea. Also not a fun experience when it doesn't translate well for android ports

Where possible, i'll try and skip mini-games. I don't really see the appeal for them in these types of games.

Having to win a mini game in the middle of porn is quite the boner killer.

I love them so long as I can skip them whenever I don't feel like doing them. Maybe you get a few extra $$ or points if you do it yourself rather than skip

Mini games just aren't enjoyable usually, they're usually a whole different genre from the rest of the game, if they're too easy they're boring, if they're too hard, they're annoying...
