Is it me or is incest games and tier+ games dying out we barely got any good releases in either category. and if we see something its either 2d or ai and if we get a 3dcg its an early beta/demo that wil get abandoned 9/10 times. idk the full reason why but im assuming its due to sites like itch.io and patreon cracking down on, those types of games because of those hags at collective shrout. but is there anything that can be done about this because im lowkey tired of it.

In principle, there’s nothing unexpected about this. Out of a hundred new game projects, only 20 or 30 are worth taking a superficial look at (reading reviews, trying to play), and only a dozen — well, OK, a dozen and a half — are worth getting serious about (keeping an eye on updates, etc.). As for M+, the games there are for a very niche audience, so there are fewer of them, but the percentage of games worth paying attention to remains at the same level (the same 10–15 %). In the end, there are 19 pages with games and VNs, the vast majority of which are Japanese. There’s nothing to be surprised about.
Moreover, don’t forget that online platforms, together with law enforcement agencies, are gradually but steadily pushing such projects into a kind of ghetto (and if you think about it, the M+ section is also a ghetto).

The only thing that can realistically be done is to start up a 3DCG incest game of your own, and make it really good. Unfortunately most indie game devs don't do it purely as a passion project, and are looking to get some return on their work. And in the current market that's really hard to do with incest, much less underaged characters. Some of that's because of pressure from platforms and payment processors but also I think some of it is tastes shifting.
